Storage in Computerome 2.0 is provided by a high performance EMC ISILON solution, with a current total of 16.0 PB of available disk space configured as a single file system.


Storage

Storage in Computerome is provided by a high performance EMC ISILON solution, consisting of 6 storage racks with 72 nodes and a current total of 6.5 PB of available disk space configured as a single file system. Each rack is internally interconnected through 10 Gb Intel Internal InfiniBand bridges.

Storage is connected to compute nodes via Mellanox SX6036G 36-port Non-blocking Managed 56Gb/s InfiniBand to 40GbE Ethernet Gateway giving an aggregate I/O bandwidth in excess of 75GB/s.
