You can access Computerome's cloud infrastructure by creating an account to login and then ordering a project. After this our sales advisors will contact you regarding your contract. Once the contract is approved you will get access to your own cloud infrastructure. Alternatively, you can directly contact our sales advisors for assistance.

Computerome offers HPC and Cloud infrastructure. While both offer scalability, security, and 100% GDPR-compliance, there are some key differences between them.

The cloud infrastructure supports the possibilities of your own data and compute platforms, by enabling you to host, develop, and manage your data and IT-solutions. A key feature of the infrastructure is that you can scale your resources and manage project and users. Cloud pricing is based on monthly reservation of CPU, GPU and storage resources.

The HPC infrastructure offers access to a traditional high-performance computing cluster for analysis and data processing. The platform operates a job queue system where users submit jobs to a job scheduler. HPC pricing is based on hourly usage of CPU and GPU compute resources, and the monthly usage of storage resources.

In general, we recommend carrying out a proof-of-concept to test your project performance and resource needs. You can always scale up and down your compute and storage resources.

You will receive an invoice every quarter. The invoice will include your total resource cost for that quarter. See our terms of use for more information.

The invoice will also include information regarding how to pay the invoice. For any questions or problems with invoicing, please contact support at computerome@dtu.dk.

No, we do not offer any refunds on compute or storage resources which are reserved but not used. When you reserve resources they become unavailable to other customers, as they are allocated to your project.

For the cloud platform, a usage report can be accessed from the user portal. The usage report provides a real-time overview of compute and storage resources.
